Who We Are

We exist to rescue, restore, and rebuild people and communities by the transforming life of Jesus Christ.  Our vision is to be used by God to be a catalyst to help people...

· reconcile with God and others,

· rely on God through prayer, and

· relate by investing in the lives of others.

 

Two Core Commitments:

1. To be a "Go and Do Church"  (An Externally Focused Church)

2. To be a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural community of worshipers

Galatians 3:26-28:

²⁶You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, ²⁷for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. ²⁸There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

What We Believe—Our Core Values

· Diversity—to discover all the beauty of the colors of God

· Justice—to call out that which is wrong in people, structures and systems

· Empowerment—walking with others, through invitation, on the journey to discovering God.

· Biblical Integrity—the Bible is our guidepost for faith and practice

· Ubuntu—the individual and the community are linked together so tightly that they both exist because of, and for, each other

· Freedom - liberty in Jesus Christ is experienced

· Wholeness—spirit, soul and body are fully healed and restored
